This Charleston, WV family had two original bathrooms installed in the mid 1950s. They wanted to update the look with modern design and finishes. Additionally, they needed to make better use of existing space which included moving a laundry room to the main level of their house!

Jennifer met with the owners in their home where they discussed their tastes and shared sample images and colors they like. Jennifer took measurements and created a custom contractor-ready design to remodel both the master bathroom and a hall bathroom and also add a laundry room on the main floor

The finished product!

Each finish was specified, every detail was managed. Demolition was extensive but the contractors worked quickly to minimize down-time. Both bathrooms were renovated simultaneously since all drain and supply water lines were replaced and reconfigured.

Jennifer managed the project as the General Contractor and checked in often with the owners to ensure his renovation went to plan. In addition to managing the design and construction process, Jennifer scheduled all inspections to ensure this job was done to code!
